In challenging times, when we feel a loss of control and are faced with uncertainty, we often find our anxiety kicking in. This makes it difficult to stay present, focus, or stay positive.
Incorporating mindfulness practices into your daily routine can be of great benefit in such times - helping you to ground yourself, reflect, see things from a different perspective, and the focus on your present with a sense of gratitude.
